Use of my cellular Number to follow up Bad Debt

These people have the incorrect information of some person who has not paid a TV license.
They keep using my cell number which I have had from new to send threatening sms` and telephone to which
I have said I do not know this person. Their reply is they amend their information but I have now received another threatening sms. Kindly rectify your records.
