STOP CALLING AND SMS EVERYDAY!!!

I have never seen a call centre that can harase a person like MBD Attorney's they call every day when I answer most of the time nobody is talkinG and the voice mail is also BLANK no msg and everyday I get the sms to settle my account this is against the consumer act for any debt collections to harase a person when I ask for a statement I never receive it or the stupid keeps on talking to the point that I have to ask the person to keep quite and LISTEN I'm asking for my statement and they just go on about the payment amount how is my account going to be paid off if they keep on phoning and sending messages everyday and I get charged for that if you phone me after hours like 18h00 I WIll not answer my phone you can phone be during business hours and actualy speak like a proper person and I will listen and pay attention!!! just for your information I'm not the only person with a outstanding account!!!
