UnLawful trace alert on Credit profile

As far as I understand a trace alert can be placed on someones profile when their credit profile information is incorrect. As far as I know my credit profile info is correct. Can I please have the trace alert removed from my credit profile as I have been receiving all sms's from you peple therefore my info is correct.
