HARRASMENT

I get bombarded with threat of legal action, having my name listed on credit bureau etc. for a debt from mid 90's. I have spoken nicely, I have screamed, I have appealed, I have sent a mail..but still this harassment continues. They only have my cell number... and the threatening sms's never stop!! Can someone PLEASE tell me how to get them to stop... short of me changing my cell number or spending money on legal fees?? The people they employ to make these calls are arrogant, rude and just plain deaf who rely on bullying tactics!! Even if I did owe them money, which I don't..this account is pfescribed!
