Blatant Threatening Harrasment

I have been a customer for approximately 5 years and my account has not been arrears once during this period. Yet I get unsolicited harassment smses, 3 sent to my wife's number and 3 to my own (6 harassment smses in total!!!), threatening me that my wife's number and my number will be suspended if not paid in time. Is this the way to gain new customer support? In fact Cell C is forcing customers away with this harassment. I am certainly going to cancel both accounts as soon as possible.
