Harassment and not listening!!

I have now been harassed by this company over an Edcon account for months and months. I get phone calls every day from some new person and every day (sometimes twice a day!) I have explained that I have been under debt review for almost 4 years! From what I can gather between my debt counselor (lifeline debt solutions) and Edcon somebody wasn't doing their job because my debt reviewer never received an updated balance a year ago and stopped making payments. I explain to NBA daily that I do not mind continuing with the payments, but will not be held liable for a year's interest which was not my fault. I made payments for 3 years and now this interest has actually brought the outstanding amount back up to the original amount. The last person I spoke to (Monday) said that they have no documents to say that I am under debt review. Seriously?? Of all the previous calls not one person mentioned this. So when I asked this lady where I must send the documents to and what her name was... she hung up! It's ridiculous and harassment. I can't go through this daily. She also said that NBA does not communicate with debt counselors. Find a solution! I don't have the money to pay for your mistake!
