I have FNB account that been handed over to this company: Barrett and associate nd I made payment arrangement with them to debit my account every 25th of the month and month september they decided not to debit instalment and they sent me sms of summons yesterday and I called them to found why and they say that they changed my debit date to 14th without my knwledge and I called again today to get if has been changed and Mpho monyane an agent started screaming nd insulting me that they gonna debit on 14th nd I must pay my debts nd sort out my credit record..thus she has a right to tell me about my debts cos she has no idea why the account end up in their company? Is this how they treat clients? I think since she know too much about my debts she should settle this one I have in their company to help me out.
