For the past 2 months FNB has been debiting R1500 from my account for my overdue Credit card which has been handed over I called the service desk to complain about this and was transferred to the legal department who deal with credit cards that have been handed over I spoke to a gentleman named Lazarus and he informed me that the reason this happened was because no arrangement was made with barrett and Associates. I then asked him if this will stop once I make said arrangement with barrett and Associates, he assured me that it will.

I then proceeded to make this arrangement with barrett and Associates after which I received an sms from barett and Associates to confirm the arrangement Ref: FNBL17070, today a debit order for R1500 was once again possessed on my account (under demand deposit) for the same thing which is not the amount agreed upon with barretts and Associates, I find this service completely unacceptable from FNB I would like to have this reversed immediately.

If you plan to rob people atleast have the guts to pull out a gun and rip them off properly instead of hiding behind demand deposits
