Problem with NAEDO

I have a problem with my personal loan account that I have with Nedbank, I've complained on more than one occasion and I've changed my debit order dates, however they still seem to debit my account prior to the 30th of each month and on my bank statements each month theres a note stating that funds were unsuccesfully collected.

This clearly reflects poorly on my credit record as it seems as if I cannot pay my debts on time and obviously if I use my bank statments to apply for credit again I will most likely have a low rating due to the same note on my bank statement each month not to mention the bank charges that I need to pay when this deduction occurs before the due date.

I understand if there is a public holiday on the 30th of the month or if it falls on a weekend, however today is the 30th and on Friday the debit order was unsuccessful.

I am extremely annoyed and I would like a solution to this problem else I will take my business elsewhere!

I would also appreciate a response in respect of why this problem keeps occuring if I have already advised Nedbank not to debit my account before the 30th of each and what are they going to do about my unpaid bank charges.
