I have an arrangement for a monthly debit order with this company.
The agreement was that they will debit the money on the last day of the month because that is when i get paid.
Now on the morning of 26 Nov 2013, i received an sms notification from my bank that the same company has debited the money..mind you it is not month end yet.
I called them to enquire about that, i spoke to two consultants who were very unprofessional, rude, and not willing to help at all. I told them that my arrangement with them is for the last day of the month, and not any other day.
They told me their company reserves the right to debit money anyday before month end. I highlighted that the money they took was for my child"s school fees, she went on to ask me why did i not pay the fees earlier in the month..i told her she is asking me rubbish as that is none of her business. She went on being rude and telling me that they wont reverse that money because i have to pay them..and she eventually hung up on me. I feel what they did going into my account without my consent was infringing on my privacy, i only authorised last day of the month, not any other day. That is very wrong, now i could not pay school fees..
