Unable/ Unwilling to provide details

So this is feedback on a prior complaint. After my initial complaint I received feedback saying they were dropping the claim Aug 29. Weird right, no argument or complaint or effort to prove their claim. I asked to see the initial documentation to prove their case as I did not make the loan their claim was based on. I was told MY account was bought by Asset Solution Company and that she did not have access to those details. Very odd that as the above company is a division of MBD. I have been fobbed off as of yesterday by being told that they have ASSISTED me by closing the file (bearing in mind this debt was never mine) and saying they can no longer assist me. I would love to know how MBD can initiate a legal claim without supporting proof. For a company in the legal field these people are unbelievable and so totally unprofessional that it is a wonder they have any clients... but then I suppose that just staking out claims on random people sort of removes the necessity for real claims. To anybody who has a case with these people... INSIST on the ORIGINAL PROOF OF DEBT and DO NOT admit to the debt. I'm SURE half of the claims are like mine. NON-EXISTANT
