Credit U account settled but JM continues harrasin

In november 2012, I paid off and settled and my account with Credit U, I was given settlement amount and paid it directly and the settlement letter was forwarded to me, I still have a letter with me, today on the 23rd Sept 2013 I get a call from a consultant telling of the outstanding amount of over R500, She is saying either I make arrangement to pay or they going to list me on ITC, I feel harrased by this company and I feel this I cannot afford to be intimidated by someone like this.
