Will I ever get rid of you???

October '12 I wrote to you complaining about their pathetic set up. Of course they are listed as a company that responds on Hello Peter.. They send you an email saying they are aware of your problem, and are dealing with it! That is a total farce!! THEY DO NOTHING!!! It's 11 months later, I have tried the call centre, sent many emails. No use. They note your complaint, and next month another threatening letter arrives in my inbox. In December I called them and asked that they give me a reduced settlement amount, and I will pay it immediately to get rid of them. Nothing!! Just another letter saying they are coming to take my house away for the R3200- they claim I owe them. I got hold of a director's number in April and desperately called him to resolve the issue.. His biggest concern was where I got his number. I tried explaining the situation to him and received the same attitude as the call centre, these people are terrible! I think someone should report them to Carte Blanche..They terrorize innocent people and you pay anything to make them go away! And tomorrow, you will have a little notice posted below my comment: we are aware of your problem and dealing with it... Please!!
