Last year I around November I settled my cell C acount and received a settlement letter from them, but to my surprise this year I received 2 calls to date from norman bissett attoneys saying I need to pay R3300 that was the first amount today they've called me to say I need to pay R2300 immediately. Both times I tell them that my account is paid in full and they request that I fax the proof, both times I refuse to fax as I have expirence of documents goes missing due to faxes hence both times I've asked or an e-mal address so that I can keep a recordas well. I've send through my proof of payment as well as a proof of settlement letter from cell C to norman issett attoneys, and LIKE THE FIRST TIME I've asked the consultant to come back to me to let me know that all is in order. Somebody better start doing their job correctly, we don't just sit and wait for somebody to make mistakes!
