Seems it is quite difficult for Norman Bissett & Associates to supply a paid up letter to someone.

Been waiting for a couple of days now for a letter to stay that I did indeed paid in full and my balance with Norman Bissett & Associates and CellC is zero.

I did inform Norman Bissett @Associates that the amount that I did pay over to CellC was received by CellC . The EFT proof of payment was also forward to them for easy reference. The outstanding amount due to Norman Bissett & Associates was paid in cash into there account so it is quite difficult to understand why they do refuse to send me the paid up letter.

Maybe they want to look where they can add more cost.

To say the least there service is pathetic.
