Illegal Harassment

I received a message from Norman Bisset and Associates -that they must be contacted regarding an outstanding balance.
I called them and was told that I owe Nedbank money. I asked for details and was given an E Mail address - I replied to the email stating that I was sequestrated in 2000 and I supplied them with copies of the government gazette - as proof

I received a SMS yesterday (09/01/2014 ) 'Payment due on ur NSC 35% acc. Ref:43510769. fax proof of payment to 0867255787

Firstly, this is an account that should have been written due to the sequestration.

Secondly, if this amount was due, the debt has prescribed.
