I am totally disgusted by the manner in which you have tended to my query, I have been treated like a complete criminal for an account that should have never been handed over the first place. A while ago my mtn account was handed over so I sent you bank statements reflecting the debits that came of my account in the hope of getting the amount that I supposedly owe reduced at the very least. Instead the half wits at your company lose the info furnished to them and never reply to me. Within the past week I have been constantly called by a few different people that know nothing about my account but demand money from me and ask me to resend the info, which I am not prepared to do. SO FIND THE INFO AND FIX IT. IT'S NO FAULT OF MINE THAT YOUR STAFF LACKS COMPETANCE
