TV Licence Account Closure After Settlement

In 2007 I gave my TV away to charity in PTA, my TV licence expired and I never renewed it. Year on year, I received calls about me owing TV licence bill. I explained the story, I was told to find the charity organisation that I donated the TV to and make them liable. That is impossible. So I settled the bill with the promise that the account will be closed. However, even now I'm still recieving letter requesting me to pay TV licence, I haven't owned a TV since 2007!! MMT Attorneys were the ones harassing me to pay so they can close the account, I did my part. They haven't done theirs.
