I am so sick to death of being treated like a criminal, i called nedbank greenbacks department to ask for an updated statement as the last one i have is dated 25-01-2013, and to get through to speak to someone you have to submit the credit card account number and personal info, ID etc, before a consultant will even talk to you, only to be told we cannot give you any info as its in your husbands name, but i have the card in my hand and my own card which is linked to this account and i get flack because im asking a simple question, my husband has personally written to nedbank & Private banking authorising them that i can have access to any info on our accounts and they blatantly disregard his request, are the staff at nedbank just plain STUPID that they cannot honour a clients simple request, we have been client of nedbank for 30 plus years, I THINK ITS TIME TO CHANGE BANKS, so sick of bad attitudes and stupid people, I'M ASKING FOR A SIMPLE BALANCE ON OUR GREENBACKS NOT A BANK BALANCE, why can you not see your greenbacks balance on the web, why all this aggravation and irritation, i understand security but come on, get real HONESTLY!!!
