Uncalled for billing

I received a call from one of their consultants on tuesday 18/06/2013 regarding my virgin active account. I understand that I have not paid the account therefore I was handed over to them for collection of the outstanding amount and I do not dispute this. What I am upset about is ffrom tuesday upto and including today 21/06/2013 my outstanding balance has gone up an extra R300. I then phoned mbd to find out why this has happened and the consultant then informed me that they are billing me for calls that they make to me. My question is then who will re-imburse me for calls I have made to them. I find this completely ridiculous that I am being billed R300 for ONE call I received from mbd.
