ITC and ITC BA
Poor service and over charging customers

My unisa account (44990715) was handed over to itc ba, my unisa balance was R1500. i have paid R1499.00 so far. today i phoned to find out my outstanding balance and thenjiwe told me it is 314.35. and my question was it that the balance that i must pay to settle my unisa account including itc ba cost and she said no, but when i previously phoned i was told that itc ba charges a once off fee which is added to the omount handed over to the them, but thenjiwe tells me this is not the final balance which i owe, i must still pay itc ba fee on top of the R314.35 that is outstanding, i would like to find out how much do you charge and is your fee added to my outstanding balance from unisa
