I paid my Virgin Active account two years ago. I paid directly to V A's Account. Recently I received a call from N & B, saying I owe V A and I need to make payments. I informed the caller that I paid and faxed my proof of payment. It was confirmed that the proof of payment was received. Yet I am still receiving calls from N & B for payments for Virgin Active. Now they are telling me I must contact Virgin Active to confirm that they received my payments. That's not my job if N & Bissett are the collectors!! V A doesn't communicate with N & B and vice verse. I like in the middle. Meantime N & B is billing R15.00 everytime they make these useless telephone calls.
I was told by V A that the only bill outstanding was N & B legal fees. Not once up until today did N & B forward me a bill or mentioned to me about their outstanding monies! Ren? from V A forward me N & B bill, it was from R700.00 in 2011 but due to telephone calls and interest it's over R1400.00. What the! Where is my rights. I am being charged for a bill I didn't know existed! Due N & B not communicating with their client, Virgin Active and vice verse.
