Cell C
Account handed over to legal department

Since July 2013 my Cell C account was just getting more and more after contacting Cell C because I can't see why the account got so high they "investigated" and decided that I must pay, I've made arrangements faxed letters and called the Call Centre on 24 August 2012, I asked the Call centre to block every thing on this card and I also made arrangements here that I will pay off the account R300 a month, the next month someone from Cell C phoned, I said that I did made arrangements to pay off the account R300 a month, when I phoned today I was informed my account is at the legal department and the outstanding amount is R13 and something Rand, and according to the legal department no one made a note that I made arrangements to pay it off R300 a month what happend your service is pertheric, why did no one make a note of this, where's all my faxed letters and phone calls??? why is my account now at legal department and why is it still so high?? Please get back to me with all this information soonest.
