Pls tell me what do I have reported 2 cases to lipco I send documents twice to them and still request it which mean my cases hasn't process yet. if I want an update I must ask every for it and than they respond. The time
they present to me LIPCO they give a false picture which LIPCO really is.

I look to some of my friends who has also legal policy by LEGALWISE and CLIENTELE LEGAL if they report a case they getting up to date and appointment is made by lawyer nearest to them as possible. As I see LIPCO recruit me under false information they never kept to their mamber. I'm looking to option to move from them to a other legal service, who provide their truth to their member and keep their promises. I also look foward to result of my cases. I do consider to write a complaint to "ombudsman". I already refer rest of my friends and staff member to other service and use my experience why they not must choose LIPCO.

I will also inform everyone about my experience with them. Even the day I visit their office in cape town some stranger told me when i ask where are their office, he told me change our policy they are bad I'didn't believe that day and i experience it now.
