Harassment continues - another letter of demand

Oh look, you have done it again...
Another letter of demand erroneously sent to me, for the same person as the last time.
The harassment continues.
KRB Law obviously just really do not care about the rights and privacy of its clients customers... as long as they get their money they will just keep on harassing people like me.

It seems like you don't respond to telephone requests, even after you make promises?
You don't respond to email requests, even after you write a commitment that you will correct the matter?
You don't respond to a complaint on this kind of service, even after more promises in the public eye!?
What do we need to do Nomsa?
Perhaps taking the story to the press will get your attention...

PS: did you even talk to Ms Lenka, I doubt it!?!
It cant possibly so difficult to correct the contact details in your database???
