Continous receipt of erroneous letter of demand

This is not the first time that I have asked Ellein Lenka [Email Removed] of KRB Law Firm to update and correct her contact database and get their story straight... and leave me out of other peoples private concerns.
I have already responded three times to a letter of demand that addressed to someone else and erroneously email to me. I have verbally confirmed the correction and yet again I am harassed by more letters of demand via email. In the past I have just ignored this, politely requesting the correction of their records, however they just don't seem to care.
I do not relate or interact with the addressee of the letter of demand I do not intend to represent the addressee. I have no legal responsibility for or to the addressee. But this does not seem to matter to Ellein Lenka.
On the last request to get this straightened out I mentioned that if it happens again I would take it up on, and here we are!?
KRB obviously have no regard for the privacy of the clients' customers or any respect for private citizens who do not need to be continuously harassed with their incorrect and erroneous email that amounts to SPAM but of a highly personal nature.
