Incompetance to follow instructions given in email

Edgars to Blue Beans no notification of change. No statements received. Mobile number of bank acc holder changed. Consultant calls wrong number informed incorrect given correct work number but doesnt make contact instead continues bombarding wrong person calling, leave voice message or sms. Worse private details/reason for contact going to wrong person. Emails sent to help desk. Replies return email number removed/requests for statements sent to Card division. Short story after many emails got statements. Problem divisionstill continues to harras other mobile user giving out the private details. Today 7 sms with the private bank details sent to wrong mobile number again - shown by user to me. Believe violation issuing private bank details to incorrect client despite email requests to stop. Now lodging complaint with ombudsman, seek legal advise steps to be taken to rectify this. Instructed card div in emails to correspond via email but cant or wont do this. Total incompetance. Problem computer generated voice phones bad system to be using. Contact only on email during day [Email Removed] No calls will be taken on mobile no signal in w/shop no private call allowed
