Harassment of a 9 year old boy - AGAIN!!!

On 16 July 2013 my 9 year old son received a SMS from 27870426710 informing him to phone 012 940 6615 and use reference number FF02279, at Mac Robert Attorneys, according to the attorneys; he had an amount of R132 774.27 outstanding to ABSA Vehicle Finance.

This matter was investigated by both parties - Mac Robert Attorneys and ABSA Vehicle Finance.
We received a letter of apology from both institutions and a written guarantee that the removed his number from their database. The letter from Mac Robert Attorneys was signed by their CEO.

On Friday, 06 September 2013, my son received an SMS, again from Mac Robert Attorneys on behalf of ABSA Vehicle Finance...

Since it would appear that both these institutions do not keep promises, I give them 48 hours to respond to me with a detail explanation of how this occurred and how they will correct the issue this time, or I will go and open a harassment case at the SAPS.
