Summons for something I have no clue about

I would like to register my displeasure in the continuous harassment being received from JM Attorneys. Assuming your records regarding my name (JM Selebi) and alleged debt with Housewares Exclusive is valid (which I know it is not), the Prescription Act, No. 68 of 1969 covers the extinction of debts by prescription and defamation of character laws will apply to the summons I received..

Should you place a trace on my account, or any record for this debt that clearly does not exist then I will open a case of defamation against you as you also assume that I am MJ Selebi. I also believe that i do not need to remind you of the applicable NCA regulations that you are transgressing.
