Hi, My name is Nomthandazo Khanyile and i was shaken not even disgusted to get a call from this attorneys regarding an account they say i opened in 1988, as the law people dont they know the acts and regulations of credit laws

All other debts are governed by a three-year prescriptive period."

Why they have been so quiet all along to call now, Failing to respond to this querry i'll be taking this further with the counsel of debt collectors to get a clarification regarding this call, to top it all their call center agents are unproffesional in their jobs that they dont know all the laws regarding debt collecting.
