I would like to register my displeasure at the number of SMSes received since 15th January 2013.
A TRACE ALERT WILL BE PLACED ON YOU AT THE CREDIT BUREAU JM Attorneys iro Health & Racquet acc. REF 1127002837 for R4346.26. Over 20 years ago my contract expired and was not renewed. I contacted the call centre, holding on for 18 minutes, I explained my story to the consultant, clearly on deaf ears, as she insisted I provide her with my physical address and told me that it is illegal to withhold the information.
I did not, and do not owe Health & Racquet any money. Health & Racquet was liquidated in 2000. Assuming your records regarding my alleged debt is valid (which I know it is not), The Prescription Act, No. 68 of 1969 covers the extinction of debts by prescription.

Should you place a trace on my account, or any record for this debt that clearly does not exist then I will open a case of defamation against you. I also believe that i do not need to remind you of the applicable NCA regulations that you are transgressing.
