I placed an order on Monday the 18th for same day delivery @ 08:15 am. This delivery was for my sister in law who was having a Mastectomy. So it was a very sensitive and sentimental delivery. Monies were deducted from my account etc. I contacted the call center just to ensure that the order had been sent out. At 12:30 I was informed that my order could not be traced. I sent through my proof of payment. I was then informed via email that my order had not been dispached as the 'system got stuck'.
Long story short - i requested to be refunded immediately. I was sent a 'proof of paymet' on Wednesday which was a Std Bank Business Online batch of instructed payments which had not been released and still has not been released. I was one of - 6 payments on the list - i could see everyone's details - so much for client confidentiality...
Really really unhappy and upset about this...
