Wrong delivery!!!

I placed two orders separately today-100997125 & 100997655. I have been liasing with Zainab Ebrahim regarding the 2nd order as I mentioned that I did not fill in the date and its to be delivered with the first order on the 28th/02/2014. She said the order cannot be released until the payment is received, I just received a call from my mum saying that they delivered the flowers. I advised her not to sign for it! Please get your stuff together! firstly how could you release my order if you confirmed payment was not allocated. In any case, payments have been done and I want both deliveries on the same day, same person before 12pm!!! Or else you can refund my monies and I will do this through some other florist!!! I use net-florist every year and last year I encountered a similar problem. Get this sorted or refund my money for both my orders!!!
