I have been waiting on delivery of a router since 29 August 2013, I was informed by the sales lady Lerato that the item was in stock and delivery would happen in 7 days. I have now been calling for 2 weeks, and been given different delivery dates until this morning when i was told they have no stock and it will take 3 weeks to receive stock.

I do not accept this as this is not what i was sold on the phone, please feel free to go listen to these recordings, apparently at Cell C a member of the public is not able to speak to a manager or director, which i find totally unacceptable as a large company you should make yourself more accessible to the public.

At the end of the day i am expected to wait 7 weeks for delivery of an item which i was assured was in stock on 29 August 2013. As a new customer to Cell C i would never have taken the package if that was the time frames, all other networks promise much quicker deliverly. Your sales people sell products which they are unable to deliver on.

The customer liason department doesn't even have the decency to call back a customer when they say they will feedback by.

I am totally unimpressed
