NO DELIVERY ON VALENTINES DAY!

Hi

I purchase flowers yesterday for wife, and paid with my credit card. The flowers was supposed to be delivered today on valentine's day! Yet, now at 16:03 my Wife has not received the flowers.

I have tried to phone them but cannot get through to them.

This is completely and utterly unacceptable, as this have spoiled this valentine's day for us!
