I ordered flowers for Valentines day over the NetFlorist website. Cost was pretty steep for lillies I though, but I understand that its a "good" service they are supposed to be providing so Ill just it up. Anyway, Lillies get delivered (on time at least, so thanks for that) but looking like a bunch of green leaves. Nothing is open. Reply we receive:

"Hi Benedetta,

Thank you for the email and we apologise that you were disappointed with your flowers. We do state on our website that all our lilies are delivered in bud, so that recipients can enjoy watching them open and they are then guaranteed a longer flower-life. In a few days, the lilies will open and look similar to the picture you sent through."

However, it is now the 18th of Feb and the picture I received from my girlfriend of the Lillies still shows that most of them are closed and lets not even mention the shoddy presentation. The bouquette looks as if it was just a bunch of green leaves thrown in with un-opened lillies! I cannot believe that this is what businesses try to pass off as acceptable these days!
