On the 28 Jan 2013, I placed two orders (Receipt/Order No.100708315) one of which needed to be delivered today to my wife for obvious reasons.
Firstly, there's absolutely no reason for the flowers not to have been delivered this morning as several of her colleges had already received flowers that was delivered from net florist this morning already.
Clearly, someone hasn't done their job and as a result, my wife hadn't received her flowers which I paid for.
