Horrible Service and getting to when queried

I placed an order at 8am this morning to deliver flowers. I requested that the flowers must be delivered before 12:30. At 15:40 I gave them a call and they confirmed the flowers were delivered by 15:20 and signed by the correct person. At 16:30 I get a call from the person saying a florist phoned her and said they got lost and she assumed the flowers were from me. They told her they will re-deliver tomorrow.

I called the call centre now and suddenly was told a different story. I cancelled my order and despite from using you guys 3 times before... I will never do it again and I wont recomend anybody to use them.
