Cityslicker= WORST CO! THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF!!!

I have been asking for my refund since last year and everytime they come up with excuses! They'll ask for my banking details, and every time I give them my details, but nothing happens! I'm so with Cityslicker it's not even funny! What makes it worse is that you can't even call them as they refuse to give their number! Even asking them to give you a call doesn't work! I WANT MY REFUND NOW!!!
