No communication, no box and no refund

I signed up for a monthly subscription rubybox in November. Money was deducted from my account on 11 November and then again on 12 December.. On the 13th of January I was refunded R190 which was probably the money taken in November by mistake. As January was a tight month I decided to cancel it for January but selected the block that i still wanted my December box. As to this day I have not yet received it. I sent an email on 15 jan to [Email Removed] with my query and no response as yet. I received a sms in december saying my rubybox was on its way with a tracking number. My parents are always at home and usually sign for all my parcels. My dad said there was a parcel delivered but it did not have my details on there and he did not want to sign for it. I also contacted the company via twitter and no response. When the service started out I loved getting the rubybox but the products and service deteriorated over the months. I wanted to give it a try again but now I dont think I will resubscribe again.
