Network very slow

I took a contract with vodacom last month at Umlazi megacity. I specifically asked the lady if there is coverage in my area and she assured me. Now i have a problem with coverage and its the first month of the 24 months contract. I was mislead. I didn't know the cellphone number since its a new contract and its a sim only data contract. My address is 99 meyiwa avenue umlazi 4066. Kindly investigate as to why there is this problem and advice accordingly, because i am stuck with a contract that is not useful to me. I was surprised because Telkom gives better coverage that Vodacom in this area
