I ordered a bunch of roses in a vase for our anniversary on on the 23rd Jan. The flowers were delivered to my wife early the morning which was great, however the flowers were not the same as what was displayed on the website. It just looked like a bunch of roses stuffed into a vase. There is nothing romantic about it, I could have rather just stopped at the robot and bought flowers off the street and made my own arrangement which would have looked much nicer and costed me so much less. i have emailed a complaint to them and even posted on facebook but no one has bothered to contact me in any way. After reading a few complaints here on hellopeter, it seems that i will never get a response nor a refund. So my best advise to anyone is stay away from Netflorist, rather go buy your own flowers from Woolworths or elsewhere.
