If you win on Betxchange get treated like a lose

I won over R100 000 on Betxchange and received a phone call where I was forced into changing my account so that I could not place bets over the internet but had to phone to place bets. When I did phone I was given odds on high amounts. Now when I phone to place a bet, people hang up on my calls so I'm sitting here with funds on my account but I can't bet. This is ridiculous, how can people run a business like this? I just phoned like 10 times now, even got through to a man who told me to hold on just to cut me off. I strongly recommend Sportingbet instead. They're a reputed company and not a mickey mouse organization like Keith Betxchange. Bogus ads on SABC promising to be the best in the business. I write this for all customers who need a good review.
