STAY AWAY

I ordered a bouquet of sunflowers in an enlarged brandy glass for a friend in SA. It was one of the more expensive arrangements (R862.00), so I was expecting it to be of good quality and as shown on the site.
According to my friend, when they arrived, it looked as though 4 wilted sunflowers were crammed into a brandy vase with some crinkle wrap at the bottom. My friend thought it was very poor and phoned to complain. She was told the arrangement was worth R179. When I called her to find out if she had received the flowers, she told me the story and sent me some photos of the arrangement. I was appalled. I called and emailed customer service, with little response. After finally getting in touch with someone in customer service, they suggested the flowers could be collected and a reimbursement given. That was after about 5 communications with them over the course of a week from both myself and my friend.
NO SUCH ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN! i
I have NOT received any further communication.
I wish to WARN others to STAY AWAY from using NETFLORIST!!!
