NO LOYALTY BONUS FOR BEING TOO GOOD

I've been a client of Betxchange for years, with over R1, 000, 000 recorded bets for 2013 alone. Just because I'm up a few R100k for the year, they refuse to give me a loyalty bonus, while back at the ranch all my betting mates, brother and father all received loyalty bonuses. Discrimination seems like the way Keith runs his business. I spoke to the lady dealing with the loyalty bonuses, her name is Ronel. Her words to me was simply "sorry sir, unfortunately Keith himself has informed me that you do not qualify for a loyalty bonus". Despite this, Ronel is unable to give me any answers as to why I do not qualify for a loyalty bonus. They have just lost about 6 clients as all my mates, as well as myself will be switching to [URL Removed] - Let this be a lesson to Keith that if you think you can discriminate without anyone knowing, it will affect your bottom-line, especially if you are unaware of how connected that client is to your core business.
