BONGEKA THE RUDEST STAFF MEMBER EVER AT TAB-Elsies

My sister placed several bets for the UK Lottery at Tab GoldCircle in Elsies River and the Cashier Bongeka rang up the wrong numbers it should've been 23-25 but she rang up 23-35 and the numbers was printed clearly, because the place is so Dodgy and always full of people that's known in the area as robbers and my sister didn't still check all of the tickets and when she got home it was already the time for the draw and when she checked the winning numbers her 23-25 was the winning numbers but thanks to Bongeka who rang it up as 23-35. We went back to tab to tell Bongeka to look what she has done, and at least just take ownership of the problem and apologize, nope she rather start pointing my sister in her face and shouted at us! When ask to see the manager she said there is no manager and when we asked for their Head Offices number she said she won't give it and they can't give the number to people! This is not the first time she do this she's known to make this mistake by ringing up the customers bets incorrectly and shout at customers when confronted, where did she train? A cashier is suppose to double-check tickets as well before handing it over! This Women is RUDE!!
