When I called to enquirer about my couch that was not delivered, I was told that their records showed that my order had in fact been delivered however they could not find the waybill. Had to wait another week for them to dispatch another couch as they could not provide proof of delivery. On the new delivery date for the '2nd couch', I get a call informing me that my couch is in Johannesburg - I live in Cape Town!

Customer service department struggled to provide accurate information on the status of the delivery, and just kept passing the buck by blaming other departments.
