I placed an order on the 18th of December 2013 and paid immediately via EFT as I intended the product order as a Christmas gift for my wife. Received the order and all the paper work via e-mail, but to date no package. I have spoken to the call desk 3 times (after my call has been cut on various occasions) - last call was handled by Marietjie. She promised to find out what was wrong and call me back on the same day. Did not happen. It seems to me this is a business that must be avoided at all cost. Can I pl. have my product or my money back!
