So..Pertaining to my previous complaint about Rubybox... There was NO effort made in making me feel as special as I was made out to be by the person dealing with my previous complaint.
According to back and forth emails, I was assured that I would be properly compensated and by the emails I received, I was so excited as I was enticed about 'something special' in my Aug box... BIIIIIG Disappointment, I received 2 boxes. What is so special about that? I now have double of the same products, and some triple of the same... How was that making me feel as a valued customer? I felt my situation was 'nonchalant'. Then I asked if I could get a ticket to an event reserved (not even free) as I felt this was the least that Rubies could've done, but not even that. Apparently I should AGAIN look out for my Sept box as 'there will be something special (as promised before) So I'll see what happens. But 1 more strike and Rubybox loses me.
