This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, to say the least :-). I am still waiting for order 100978772 that was placed on the 23rd of December- meant to be a Christmas gift, the payment was made via paypal and it went through. I called your offices more than 5 times now, emailed one Muneer (he is just as useless as on a boar) masquerading as the Manager. He asked me to send copies of ID, credit card etc. I followed up on my email 2hrs later and I was told he was busy on the line and he will come back to me. Up to this day I haven't heard from him, he has never bothered to respond to my email, no call was returned. Just wondering why you guys take your customers for granted like that, I cant even say the service is bad because there is no service at all. I hope to hear back from you about this incident.
